Public Sharing – Communicating with Dog Owners

A deep dive into the issue of chained dogs — exploring the origins of the ‘Unchain Dog HK’ initiative, real-life rescue cases, legal analysis and enforcement gaps. Through interactive role-play and communication practice, participants will better understand the challenges behind each case and explore new ways to support chained dogs in the community.
